What is the delivery time?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are picked, packed, and shipped the same day. If placed after this time, your order will ship the next business day.
We offer express or free shipping, with delivery times ranging from 3 to 12 business days after shipment, depending on the shipping method chosen. You will also receive a tracking code to follow the entire delivery process to your home.

Are Gympacks allowed on airplanes?
Yes. All of our backpacks are allowed as carry-on luggage on airplanes.
However, we always recommend checking with your airline.
Plus, our backpacks feature compression straps so you can adjust the size if needed.

To clean your backpack, you can use a damp cloth or sponge and mild soap to clean the exterior and interior.
Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals.
Do not machine wash or dry.
